By downloading, installing, or using the Clearyo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Clearyo is a puzzle game where players place pieces on a board to complete lines and clear obstacles. The App is provided by Twinsoftware ("we", "our", or "us").
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:
- Virtual currency (coins)
- Cosmetic themes
- Ad removal
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Advertisements
The free version of the App displays advertisements. By using the App, you consent to receiving such advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of Twinsoftware and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinsoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
10. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twinsoftware operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
